In 2025, Amplifon Foundation continued to bring joy, entertainment and happiness to elderly residents of care homes and to those living alone or in vulnerable conditions in urban outskirts, in Italy and abroad.
Over the course of the year, 11 projects reached 30,000 beneficiaries through an investment of over 4 million euros.
Ciao!, the digital entertainment project born during the pandemic to combat social isolation in care homes, engaged 280 facilities across Italy and continued its international journey with Spain joining the network, alongside activities already established in Australia, Belgium, France, Portugal and Switzerland. Today the project reaches over 30 structures outside Italy.
Alongside its social inclusion projects, the Foundation continued to deepen its commitment to Kindness. In 2025, the second edition of the Festival della Gentilezza took shape, produced together with 7 and Corriere della Sera, along with a new season of the podcast "Sulla Gentilezza" made with Chora Media, and educational activities involving over 120 students. Among these, work-related learning programmes (PCTO) with upper secondary school students in Milan, who explored the theme of kindness through intergenerational encounters with elderly residents at some of the care homes in the Ciao! project.
And then there are the Amplifon volunteers, who represent an essential source of energy for the Foundation. In 2025, there were 900 participations across 50 volunteering events in Italy and around the world, with 40% of employees from the Milan offices involved, a figure almost double the industry average. They are the ones who made the journey even more beautiful!
