Data Controller

Correction: you can ask to correct or supplement the data you have provided us, if it is inaccurate.

Erasure: you can ask for your data to be erased, if it is no longer necessary for our purposes, if you revoke your consent or if you object to its processing, if it is processed unlawfully, or if there is a legal obligation to delete it or it refers to persons under sixteen years of age.

Limitation: you may request that your data be processed only for the purposes of storage, with the exclusion of other processing, for the period necessary for the rectification of your data, in case of unlawful processing for which you object to the cancellation, if you have to exercise your rights in court and the data stored by us may be useful to you and, finally, in case of objection to the processing and a check is underway on the prevalence of our legitimate reasons over yours.

Objection: you may object to the processing of your data at any time, unless there are legitimate reasons for us to process the data that prevail over yours, for example for the exercise or our defence in court.

Portability: you can ask to receive your data, or have it transmitted to another owner indicated by you, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint against the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Data Protection Authority).
